Season Uganda can be visited all year round, with temperatures barely changing throughout the seasons. However, the country is at its best during its two dry seasons between December and February and between June to September, when conditions are particularly good for trekking to see mountain gorillas and chimpanzees.

SKETCH ITINERARY

 

Day 1: Arrive and transfer to Kampala for overnight
Day 2: Kampala – Kinble Forest, home to an extraordinary thirteen species of primates.
Day 3: Morning Chimp tracking. Later, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park that has over 1000 mammal species and an astounding 606 bird species. 
Day 4: Game drive to Kisenyi area for lion prides and Uganda Kob.  In the afternoon take a cruise along the Kazinga Channel. Optional trip to Queen’s Pavillion, 800 mts from equator monument, and overlooking a thrilling landscape of crate lakes.
Day 5: Leave Q.E.N.P for Kisoro passing via Kihihi and Kanungu with beautiful scenery of hills and valleys in between and terrace farming, arriving at Lake Mulehe Gorilla Lodge. 
Day 6: Full day Gorilla Tracking at Bwindi National Park.
Day 7: T Lake Mburo National Park, an extension of the Tanzanian Plains with big herds of Zebra, Impala, Eland and other savannah species. 
Day 8:

Lake Mburo to Kampala via Royal Drum Makers and Equator line.
